| Do I have to pay you, your website. Yes, for all vehicle orders to build. You will pay your deposit and final balance direct to Old Colonial 4X4 Ltd client account. We have excellent references and over £10 million turnover during the last three years. We have three agents on staff based in Africa, Indonesia, Hong Kong,thus ensuring the personal touch
| | Do I have a Warranty with my vehicle No unless otherwise stated. Occassionally under Special Deals some product is offered totally basic. In this instance we would suggest a "Bolt On" warranty from an insurance company. All of our sales are based on Tax Free supply for use outside the E.U member countries
| | How do I get my vehicle serviced. Any Manufactureres Main Agent is duty bound to service or repair any product issued by its own Manufacturer. A refusal is unheard of.
| | Can I have my deposit back if I change my mind. Yes, you can change your mind during the first 10 days, after receipt of your deposit by the Main Agent. After 10 days a build slot/ order/ order number will have been created. This means the vehicle is going to be built. You are then contacted. That said, we may be able to "sell out" your order to another buyer, thus getting you off the hook!
| | Can I have my deposit back if you fail to supply the product ordered. Yes, If we fail to produce the product for you to take delivery. Then yes we will return your deposit.
| | Delivery dates, will I get my vehicle on time. Yes, in almost all instances. We can only act against delivery / build times issued by the Manufacturer. Build times are based upon constants, of parts to supply the line. Recently an error created a shortage of engines with one Manufacturer. The vehicles effected were built without engines, as the line cannot just stop. The engines were fitted off line and came in 28 days late. So would state that our delivery times quoted would not be considered delinquent until the 28 days late is achieved
